Growing your own vegetables and herbs from the ground up can be one of the most rewarding feeling. Seeing the process from when the seedling pushes its way up through the soil all the way to when you have it in your kitchen preparing it for a wonderful dish. The taste and experience it so much more rewarding and appreciated by every one who is involved. Now a days we can not possibly know what our food has gone through before it land up in our kitchen, ranging from radiation to harmful pesticides. And the only way to be 100% sure is either knowing the farmer from which you get your produce or starting your own micro vegetable and herb garden.
