Special  Requests for Recipes, Terminology or anything Culinary!

Good evening every one, hope you all had a wonderful weekend and are all well rested for the week ahead. I have decides to leave it up to my "Journal"  followers to give me suggestions of what they would like me to post. I would like to know what your favourite recipes are; whats you favourite home country dish and what dishes are unique and different from your home country.  
The three most unique and interesting recipes I receive will be featured on both my Facebook Page and on my "Journal".
The most Interesting dish, I will recreate and will be posted on my "Journal", with a few of my own little changes too it. 
So please, go through your grans recipe books and find that one recipe of the dish you think has the potential to get my interested and it would be this weeks main attraction. 
To submit your recipe you have three methods of submitting them. The First being posting the recipe in the comments under this blog post, the second being via my email and thirdly is via posting it on Facebook. 
And i would love if you could also add a photo of the dish you are submitting! 
And if you have more than one recipe you want to submit you are more than welcome to, as i know we all have more than just one favourite dish.
