Unique Ingredients 

Yesterday I was having a stroll through the Lynnwood Bridge Woolworths store and came across some unique ingredients, which you don't get to see in many other stores in South Africa. This is really great, it allows people to experiment with new flavors and cuisines. All this has been inspired by the past few years when cooking shows like; "Masterchef Australia" and "Iron Chef America" to name but a few, started to become popular amongst South African viewers. I personally hope as a professional chef that this trend carries over to other retail stores.
