 Small cubes of 5mm or smaller is regarded as dice

Thin lengthwise  cut of 3mm or less 

French meaning shoelaces, thin strips no thicker than 2mm

It is a fine dice of 2mm or smaller

Rough cut, usually used for stocks or stews

 French meaning angel hair, strips thats hair fine.

 Also know as match stick, rectangular stick of 60mm by 5mm by 5mm

Usually associated with tomatoes, very similar to dice.

Oblong shaped cut, also know as turning or forming into torpedo shape. 

Parisienne scope is used to form small or medium size balls.

 Barrel shaped cut, similar to tourne except the ends aren't sharp 

 Cubes measuring .125cm 

Or slice is a very thin slice

Or French fries measuring 0.25cm by 0.25cm by 2cm

thin slices of either triangles, squares, half circles
